CBA gets gong for CommSee

(10 April 2007 – Asia) Commonwealth Bank has picked up a gong for its CommSee customer service system, which allows CBA staff to gain a full customer picture on a single screen and record customer interactions with the bank. The bank picked up the award from Asian Banker publication with CBA executive general manager, Enterprise IT Solutions, Tim Whiteley, accepting the award in Jakarta.

"CommSee provides us with a customer centric business environment that creates a single customer view for our client base, and increases customer retention with improved ability to up sell and cross sell," he said.

The judges said CommSee had contributed to the bank improving its market presence with a product "built on an innovative modular services oriented framework".
